When you go to tripadvisor and search "Helsinki Zoo" you find reviews about korkeasaari. If you try to find it by searching: "korkeasaari" the site doesn´t find it but we think it´s not uncommon since the language of tripadvisor is english.
Tripadvisor is easy and free way to promote your company so it´s weird if someone doesn´t use that kinda of opportunity. It looks like Korkeasaari is not using it since tripadvisor is asking if you own the company
